Day 1 :- (Shimla) DELHI – SHIMLA (350 KMS / 9-10 HRS)

Upon arrival at Delhi station our executive will receive you with a warm welcome. Begin your wonderful vacation in Himachal starting from Shimla.

Arrival at Shimla, check-in into the pre-booked hotel for overnight stay. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Shimla is renowned as the Queen of Hills because of its mesmerizing scenery and colonial heritage. It has retained its charm since British India time till now.

Day 2 :- (Shimla) SHIMLA – KUFRI – LOCAL – SHIMLA

Have a healthy breakfast at the Shimla hotel.

Today you will take a day tour to Kufri and Shimla local sightseeing.

Proceed to Kufri (22 Kms from Shimla). Kufri is an all-season destination – winters are packed with snow adventures while summers are filled with colorful meadows.

Kufri also has the Himalayan Wildlife Zoo and Kufri Fun Park which makes the trip more exciting (Entry & activities at your own cost).

After sightseeing head back to Shimla city and visit:

• Johnnie’s Wax Museum
• Scandal Point
• Ridge
• Gaiety Theatre
• Heritage Museum

Day 3 :- (Manali) SHIMLA – KULLU – MANALI (250 KMS / 7-8 HRS)

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel and check out from Shimla.

Proceed towards Kullu Manali.

On the way enjoy views of:

• Hanogi Mata Temple
• Pandoh Dam
• Sunder Nagar Lake

Near Kullu visit Pashmina Shawl showrooms and you can also try White Water River Rafting (at your own cost).

Arrival in Manali and check-in to the hotel.

Day 4 :- (Manali) MANALI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast proceed for Manali local sightseeing.

Next visit Club House where you can enjoy activities like:

Later visit Vashisht Hot Water Springs which are known for their medicinal properties.

Day 5 :- (Manali) MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY – ROHTANG PASS / ATAL TUNNEL

After breakfast proceed to Solang Valley (15 Kms from Manali).

This place is famous for adventure activities and natural beauty.

• Trek to Anjani Mahadev

Winter Note:
During heavy snowfall if Solang Valley is not accessible, sightseeing will be provided up to Barrier Point.

Rohtang Pass up to Snow Line.

Rohtang Pass is famous for its adventurous roads and scenic snow views.

On the way visit:

• Kothi
• Gorge

Important Notes:

• Rohtang Pass remains closed on Tuesdays.
• Limited vehicles are allowed due to NGT rules.
• Permit and vehicle charges are extra.

Day 6 :- (Chandigarh) MANALI – CHANDIGARH (300 KMS / 8-9 HRS)

After breakfast check out from Manali hotel and proceed to Chandigarh.

Also enjoy views of:

• Vaishno Devi Temple

Arrival in Chandigarh and check-in at the hotel.

Day 7 :- (New Delhi) CHANDIGARH – DELHI (245 KMS / 5-6 HRS)

After breakfast proceed for Chandigarh sightseeing.

Visit:

• Rock Garden
• Sukhna Lake
• Rose Garden

Rock Garden is famous for sculptures made from industrial and household waste materials.

At Sukhna Lake you can enjoy boating or simply take a walk along the lake (at your own cost).

Rose Garden is a beautiful botanical garden with many varieties of roses and medicinal plants.

Later drive towards Delhi.

Arrival at Delhi Railway Station / Airport with wonderful memories of the trip.

Package Policy & Terms :-

• All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
• Guests are requested to have every discussion in written form as verbal communications will not be entertained.
• The packages offered by The Mountain Trips can be customized according to the guest’s requirements.
• To ensure smooth services, the company may make alterations in the tour. The reasons for such changes may include acts of God, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies, or similar situations.
• Package will not be considered booked until the advance amount has been received by us.
• Travel dates of DND (Date Not Decided) packages should be confirmed within 3 months from the invoice issuance date.
• Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
• To provide better experiences to our guests, our company may offer special upgrades such as better Hotels, Room Category, or Vehicle Type at no extra cost. This information will be shared either before or during the trip.

Cancellation Policy :-

• All cancellations must be communicated in written form.
• Token amount is non-refundable in any case.
• Cancellations made 15 days prior to the travel date will attract cancellation charges.
• Cancellation charges may vary from 25% – 50% of the total tour package cost.
• 100% retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of the travel date or in case of a No Show.
• No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, Meals, Sightseeing, Transfers, Entry tickets, Permits, or any other services.
• The Mountain Trips Travel reserves the right to cancel the invoice due to insufficient advance payment (minimum 50% of the total tour package cost).
• In case clients are suspected of indulging in any illegal activity or violent behavior, The Mountain Trips Travel will immediately stop the services while holding all refunds.

For final confirmation, please deposit **50% advance payment** in favour of our travels through UPI or Scanner (GPay, PhonePe, etc.).

After depositing the amount, kindly forward the payment details.

Please note that the **remaining amount must be paid at the time of hotel check-in or at the start of the tour.**
