Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1 – (Shimla) Delhi – Shimla (350 Kms / 9-10 Hrs)
Upon arrival at Delhi Railway Station / Airport, our executive will receive you with a warm welcome. Begin your wonderful vacation in Himachal Pradesh starting from Shimla.
On arrival at Shimla, check in to the pre-booked hotel. Shimla is renowned as the “Queen of Hills” because of its mesmerizing scenery and colonial heritage, which has retained its charm since the British era.
Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 – (Shimla) Shimla – Kufri – Local – Shimla
After breakfast, proceed for Shimla local sightseeing along with Kufri.
Kufri (22 Kms from Shimla) is an all-season destination – winters are packed with snow adventures while summers are full of colourful meadows. You can also visit Himalayan Wildlife Zoo and Kufri Fun Park (Entry & activities at your own cost).
Later return to Shimla and visit:

After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali.

Near Kullu visit Pashmina Shawl showrooms and enjoy White Water River Rafting (optional).

Day 5 – (Manali) Manali – Solang Valley – Rohtang Pass / Atal Tunnel
After breakfast proceed to Solang Valley (15 Kms from Manali).

Package Policy & Terms :-
• All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
• Guests are requested to keep all discussions in written form as verbal communications will not be entertained.
• The packages offered by The Mountain Trips can be customized according to the guest’s requirements.
• To ensure smooth services, the company may make alterations in the tour due to reasons such as acts of God, technical issues, sudden service problems, government policies or other similar situations.
• The package will not be considered booked until the advance amount is received.
• Travel dates of DND (Date Not Decided) packages should be confirmed within 3 months from the invoice issuance date.
• Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
• To provide better experiences to our guests, our company may offer complimentary upgrades such as better Hotels, Room Category or Vehicle Type. This will be informed before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy :-
• All cancellations must be communicated in written form.
• Token amount is non-refundable in any case.
• Cancellations made 15 days prior to the travel date will attract cancellation charges.
• Cancellation charges may vary from 25% – 50% of the total tour package cost.
• 100% retention charges will be applied for cancellations within 15 days of the travel date or in case of a No Show.
• No refunds will be provided for missed or unused services such as Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, Meals, Sightseeing, Transfers, Entry Tickets, Permits or any other services.
• The Mountain Trips Travel reserves the right to cancel the invoice due to insufficient advance payment (minimum 50% of the total tour package cost).
• In case clients are involved in any illegal activity or violent behaviour, The Mountain Trips Travel has the right to stop services immediately without any refund.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS :-
For final confirmation, please deposit 50% advance payment in favour of our Travels through UPI or Scanner (GPay, PhonePe etc.).
After depositing the amount, kindly share the payment details.
The remaining amount must be paid at the time of hotel check-in or at the start of the tour.
