Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 – (Narkanda) Chandigarh – Narkanda
Upon arrival at Chandigarh Railway Station / Airport, our executive will receive you with a warm welcome.

Proceed towards Narkanda. En route enjoy the beautiful mountain roads and scenic views. Reach Narkanda and check in to the hotel.

Spend the evening exploring the surrounding area on your own.

Day 2 – (Sangla) Narkanda – Sangla
After a healthy breakfast, check out from the hotel and start your journey towards Sangla Valley via Karcham – one of the most beautiful valleys in Himachal Pradesh.

Arrive in Sangla by evening and check in to the hotel.

Evening free for leisure and self-exploration of the local area.

Day 3 – (Kalpa) Sangla – Kalpa
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Kalpa.

Kalpa is a beautiful village located in the backdrop of the majestic Kinner Kailash Mountain Range.

On arrival check in to the hotel and relax. Later visit Roghi Village, famous for its traditionally built Kinnauri houses.

Evening free to walk around Kalpa village and enjoy the stunning mountain views.

Day 4 – (Chitkul Excursion) Kalpa – Chitkul – Sangla
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive towards Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border.

Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Chitkul village surrounded by mountains and the Baspa River.

Later drive back to Sangla. Rest of the day is free to relax or explore nearby Batseri Village.

Day 5 – (Kaza) Sangla – Kaza
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Kaza in the Spiti Valley.

En route visit:
• Lhalung Village
• Dhankar Gompa
• Pin Valley

Arrival in Kaza and check in to the hotel. Rest and relax after the long scenic journey.

Day 6 – (Kaza) Ki Monastery & Kibber Village
After breakfast proceed for a day excursion to Ki Monastery and Kibber Village.

Ki Monastery is one of the most famous monasteries in Spiti Valley and offers a panoramic view of the valley.

Later visit Kibber Village, located at an altitude of about 4205 meters, known as one of the highest permanently inhabited villages in the world.

Return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 7 – (Manali) Kaza – Manali
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali.

Enjoy a scenic drive through high mountain passes and beautiful landscapes.

Arrival in Manali and check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure activities or local market visit.

Day 8 – (Manali) Local Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for Manali local sightseeing.

Visit:
• Hadimba Devi Temple
• Ghatotkacha Temple

These temples are dedicated to Mata Hadimba and her son Ghatotkacha.

Next visit Club House, where you can enjoy activities such as skating, zip line, table tennis and more.

Later visit Vashisht Hot Springs, famous for their medicinal properties. Nearby you can also visit temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Ram.

Return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 9 – (Departure) Manali – Chandigarh
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Chandigarh for your onward journey.

Drop at Chandigarh Railway Station / Airport with wonderful and unforgettable memories of your trip.

• Stay for 8 Nights on Double Occupancy (2 Adults sharing 1 Room – Base Category).

• All transfers and sightseeing by NAC Vehicle (Innova / Xylo / Scorpio / Tavera).
• Parking, Toll Tax, Driver Allowance and Fuel Charges included.
• All applicable taxes included except GST.
• NGT (National Green Tribunal) rules will be applicable for all vehicles in Himachal Pradesh.

Exclusions

• Any service not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• Guide Fees, Monument Entrance Fees & Camera Fees.
• Airfare / Train Fare.
• Meals other than those specified in the itinerary.
• Any Adventure Activities such as Rafting, Paragliding, Skiing etc.
• Local Tour Guide charges.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in transportation or land arrangement costs prior to departure.
• Extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Personal expenses such as Laundry, Telephone Calls, Tips, Shopping etc.
• 5% GST will be charged extra.

Package Policy & Terms

• All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departure tours.
• Guests are requested to keep all communications in written form as verbal discussions will not be considered valid.
• Packages offered by The Mountain Trips Travel can be customized as per guest requirements.
• To ensure smooth services, the company reserves the right to make alterations in the itinerary due to reasons such as natural calamities, technical issues, sudden service problems, government policies or similar situations.
• A package will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
• Travel dates of DND (Date Not Decided) packages must be confirmed within 3 months from the invoice date.
• Delays in confirmation may cause inconvenience or price changes.
• To enhance guest experience, the company may provide complimentary upgrades such as better hotels, upgraded room categories or improved vehicle types. No additional charges will be applied for such upgrades and guests will be informed before or during the trip.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be communicated in written form.
• Token amount is non-refundable in any case.
• Cancellations made 15 days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
• Cancellation charges may vary from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
• 100% retention charges will apply for cancellations within 15 days of travel date or in case of No Show.
• No refunds will be provided for missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other services.
• The Mountain Trips Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking due to insufficient advance payment (minimum 50% of total tour cost).
• If a client is found involved in illegal activities or violent behavior during the trip, the company has the right to terminate services immediately without any refund.

For final confirmation, please deposit 50% advance payment in favour of our travel company through UPI / QR Scanner (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.).

After making the payment, kindly share the payment details or screenshot for confirmation.

The remaining amount must be paid at the time of hotel check-in or at the start of the tour.
